Joan and Mike welcome you to Lincoln House - a beautiful slate-built B&B Guest House, set in the Cumbrian market town of Keswick in the heart of the Lake District National Park.

Originally a Victorian town house built in the late 1800's, Lincoln House now provides high standard centrally heated B&B bed and breakfast accommodation with large comfortable rooms (some en-suite), all tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished. Wi-fi is now available too.

The guest house is ideally situated in a quiet cul-de-sac only two minutes walk into the centre of town, with ample parking available. Every guest room has fantastic views either towards Skiddaw to the North, and south towards Borrowdale and Newlands.

Originally two cottages built over 100 years ago, the first cottage was built in the late 1600s and is one of the oldest properties in the Village of Seaton.

The village of Seaton nestles between the towns of Workington and Cockermouth. Seaton is an old village with easy access to the picturesque coastal plains of the Solway Firth with its stunning views towards the Scottish mountains, and fells of the Lake District. Derwentwater, Bassenthwaite Lake, Crummock Water, Buttermere and Loweswater are all a short drive away

The cottages have been lovingly renovated to a very high standard, retaining many of the original features. A stone staircase, oak beams, a large walk-in inglenook fireplace, wooden and stone floors fill the cottage with old world charm.

We look forward to welcoming you to our B&B
