Dumfries & Galloway offers an excellent choice of Walks spreading across the South Western Coast of Scotland. It covers from Stranraer & Portpatrick in the West, to the English Border in the Gretna Green. To Plan your trip more effectively we have divided the area into three districts :

The Western tip around Stranraer & Port Patrick, The Central band around Dalbeattie & Castle Douglas, and finally the Eastern side around Dumfries & Lockerbie.
