station, our B&B stands at the foot of the "Chartreuse" natural parc.
Located at
Lépin-le-lac,a small village on the Aiguebelette Lake (shore within
800m.), the third largest natural lake in France well known for its
exceptional pure &natural environment.
This stone built
former farmhouse has been restored to provide 4 guest rooms sleeping
from two to four people. Our rooms are furnished in a traditional style
combining modern comfort with rustic decoration, all have private WC and
bathroom, hairdryer and towels are supplied.The four rooms have view on
the Mont-Grele mountain.
Outside, a
terrace leads to extensive grounds with garden furniture and a barbecue.
Breakfast is a generous occasion with several home made items.

We
invite you to enjoy the beauty of Nans Sous Ste. Anne and the Franche-Comte,
which we have come to love.
Our house was built in the 18th Century by the chatelain of neighboring
Chateau Mirabeau (16th century). Full of art and books, the house has
four bedrooms, living room with fireplace, library, TV (satellite) room,
dining room, games room, back garden and front courtyard all for you to
enjoy. We have our own separate apartment in another part of the house
allowing us to be discreetly nearby if needed. The Franche-Comte is
bordered by Alsace to the North, the Rhone-Alpes to the South, Burgundy
to the West and Switzerland to the East. It is a region that boasts a
rich culture and spectacular scenery, from rugged mountains to rolling
farmland and vineyards. Our village of Nans Sous Ste. Anne, in the
department of the Doubs, is set in a wooded landscape cut by deep gorges
near a dramatic tributary of the Lison River. As described in "Village
France" by the AA, "---its location is unique: surrounded by the sources
of five rivers, running along their valleys, these create a giant star
formation of cliffs with Nans in the middle". |

La Platriere is a newly converted
farmhouse offering peaceful holidays and short breaks in the heart of
France. The property consists of a large house, and adjoining gite. It
is set within just under 3 acres, in a delightful, secluded position at
the end of a driveway, within the rural countryside of the Auvergne
region in France - In all we accommodate up to 17 people - As well as
self-contained holidays in the gite, we provide bed & breakfast
accommodation in the main house - Evening meals are also available and
consist of delicious home-cooked food using local produce.
