faces west !

walk from the town centre, where there are several cafes, restaurants,
many shops, theatre / cinema, ten-pin bowling, sealife centre,
amusements, fun fair and other facilities. A hundred yards from the
house are the famous red and white striped cliffs, with access to
beautiful safe sandy Blue Flag Award winning beaches, and also the start
of the Norfolk Coastal Path leading to Cromer.

Cottage is situated in the village of Coltishall in the heart of the
Norfolk Broads. The village is on the River Bure and there are pubs,
restaurants, shops and of course the river all within a short walk from
the cottage. The cottage has a cosy lounge with TV, DVD, video player
and a DAB radio and CD player. There is also a solid fuel stove.
The stylish dining room is ideal for sharing a meal after a long day
exploring the many local attractions. The kitchen is superbly appointed,
and the freezer, dishwasher and washer/drier are in the utility room. For children of all ages there is a games room,
with a games table, featuring table football, billiards and much more.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The 2nd
bedroom has either a king-size or 2 single beds and the 3rd bedroom has
a single bed and a day bed which converts to a single or a double bed.
Upstairs there is a bathroom with shower and downstairs there is a
shower room.
The property is heated by gas central heating. There is off road parking
for 2 cars. Garden furniture and a barbeque are provided in the secluded
