All our spacious rooms are ensuite, mostly with bath and shower. Many enjoy uninterrupted views down Loch Earn. Rooms vary in size, and some can accommodate an extra bed.

For those who prefer to be more secluded, there are six chalets on the wooded hillside behind the hotel; all have a bunkroom, making them ideal for family use.

Enjoy great dog walks in some of Scotland's finest scenery. Resident pet friendly canines welcome fellow pets free of change; please see our Pet concierge service for further details.

We also offer self catering accommodation in the form of an apartment. This has one double and one twin room as well as a sitting room and bathroom. You can always eat in our fine dining restaurant or bar if you want a rest!

As you leave the hotel, take a stroll down Atholl Street and turn into the old town centre, the site of the Battle of Dunkeld, stroll on a few yards and view the Atholl Memorial Fountain, before visiting the magnificent Dunkeld cathedral
