Welcome to the Forth Inn, we are situated in the centre of Aberfoyle,
at the heart of the Trossachs and Scotland’s first national park.
We have 6 comfortable bedrooms all of which boast en suite
facilities, colour television, hairdryer and hospitality tray -

Our aim is to provide "comfortable
accommodation, superb food, great beer and a good time, all with a
friendly atmosphere".
The Forth Inn is family run and ideal for exploring the new National
Park and in particular The Trossachs. All the usual outdoor
activities are available including, walking, fishing, cycling, golf
and photography. Close by are the well known visitor attractions –
Loch Katrine and Sir Walter Scott steam boat, Go-Ape, Glengoyne
Distillery, to name but a few.
Known locally as "A Taste of Aberfoyle" and awarded "Best Place to
Eat Out" by Visit Scotland, we are extremely proud of our food and
offer a wide variety of freshly prepared menus’ including specials
which change regularly. We have 2 restaurants “The Jacobean”
featuring a log fire and stags head and our baronial dining room
“The Gathering” complete with a suit of armor and portraits of
Scottish kings - In both these dining rooms our team of chef’s cater
for a variety of dietary requirements and tastes, using the finest
of local and Scottish produce. Our evening menus change almost
daily offering you a wide range of cuisine. Themed menu weeks are
now a regular part of our itinery
The Inn also provides facilities for functions ranging from birthday
parties, high teas, group lunches and weddings we can cater from 2
to 120 guests’....
